Lately, our little Zooey has been associating with some rather notorious characters. Just this past week, for example, I've observed her chatting with Che Guevara . . .

Zooey with Che Guevara.

Cavorting with Cthulhu . . .

Zooey with Cthulhu doll.

Fraternizing with the Fett . . .

Zooey with Boba Fett.

And . . . um . . .

playing with Nick.

Zooey and Nick.

She almost looks surprised to be posing with a real and living being in the photo with Nick. She's beautiful, guys. I love the smiling with Che, but, then again, who wouldn't smile with Che given the opportunity? I would...I would smile until my face looked like The Joker (of Batman fame).

I digress...

Love the photos guys...keep them coming. I'm getting excited with some potential to see all of you.

Oh, she is getting so big! Good job mama!

And what a sweet smile she has. It looks like Nick makes the biggest impression in that set.

Isn't funny how you suddenly have a million pictures of your dude? I was (am) constantly taking pictures of Matt and Gus, and Matt went from having almost no photographic record to being compulsively captured almost daily. Although, because Matt is not one to be remotely compelled to take a picture, Gus and I are somewhat less photographed. I hope Gus doesn't think I was off at the bars or something.

Thank you both! Her smile is a relatively new development, and we are both totally in love with it.

It's so true, Mary Ann. I have a metric ton of Nick pictures now, whereas before I had ... maybe 5 per year? The camera is pretty much an extension of my arm at this point. I actually experience a moment of panic if I realize that I have left the house without toting it along. (Zomg, I might miss Zooey doing X activity.)

Thomas...

1. It would be very cool if you could smile like the Joker! Although I'd prefer it if you emulated the goofy, cartoony Nicholson Joker, cause ... wow ... Heath Ledger's Joker was ultra-scary.

2. We can't wait to see you guys, too!

I have to admit that it looks like she has Fett in a head lock....she must be a Jedi.
